I’m sure your all familair with the "mosquito" ring tone right? you can hear it HERE but the place of interest is THIS SITE. download either the 8kHz or the 10kHz ringtones. The object here is not be unheard, but to wreak audio havoc. I tested all of them on my sister and those two have the most painfull effect. Shes in the corner with a headache right now. They also hert me kinda. Anyway if you downlaod it to your Mp3 player or someother device similar you can play it nice and loud at lunch or in class or w/e. The beauty is that the frequency is high enough to be annoying and low enought to osilate the eardrum in a violent manner. Basicaly you get a headache. the frequency is such that it will resonate around the room so the source is realativly untraceable. It can also be heard over other sounds so it is perfect for freaking out the masses.
Other ideas:
play it over the P.A. or other speaker system
play it in class on an Mp3 player with speakers
Play it on and off in short bursts randomly through assemblies
set up a speaker RIGHT behind and/or next to an enemys ear and get swift sonic revenge
