so one day i was playing the best game ever bf2 and i told my freind i could play it for five days strait withou sleep so he bet me 50 bucks that i could not all that i asked is i needed two days training so i did the training
part 2 the egg
ok first thing you need to do is train your self for this so for 2 days strait all yu can eat is drink like coke pepsi water ect... and jello
thats it thats just so that you have no active solids  in your stomich and intestons y ayou will piss alot but its worth it
next after the training you can start how long you want to go i think the max is about 15 days
so every day foor meals you have to drink only no food!!!!!
i have noticed that you can get the fullest on dietpepsi
and if u must eat eat jello and fruit when i did this i lont like a pond a day to for u fat guys out there and i never slepped or got hungry
