How To Get Microsoft Visual Basic 2005 Express Edition
*****First off, I would like to say this is LEGAL*****
Step 1.
Go here and click the download link.
Step 2.
Then you will be taken here:
When here click the download link.
Step 3.
Then you will come to this screen. Click Ok.
Step 4.
After it has downloaded, go to Desktop (or where it was downloaded to) and open up the application. When you come to this screen, click Next.
Step 5.
When here, click to accept the agreement or blah blah blah whatever.
(make sure that you have clicked that box)
Step 6.
You will then come to this screen:
You don’t have to click these but if you want to you can. Then click next.
Step 7.
Click Install.
Wait for it to install
Step 8.
Then, you will need to click Register Now.
Step 9.
Then, you will need to sign in to your ‘Windows Live ID’ If you don’t have one, click on the ‘sign up now’ link on that page.
Step 10.
You will be taken here:
When there:
Step 1. Copy the 14-character registration key from in the place where the red circle is.
Step 2. From the Help menu of Visual Basic 2005 Express Edition, select \\"Register Product....\\"
Step 3. Paste the registration key into the Product Registration dialog box and click the \\’Complete Registration\\’ button.
Now, you have got it. To learn how to use it, I recommend Visual Basic 2005 Express Edition For Dummies
And you can get it from your local library, or here

It is a programming program, mostly for beginners. As a beginner, I found it quite easy to use. I reccomend it, then once you have a little more skill i would use something else (QBasic, maybe) |

Its a compiler, to compile programs. A programming program could be like a quiz on a programming language. I would/did skip on leaning this. And why would you want to learn Qbasic, its old and stupid. I would just go learn c++.

Microsoft gives it away free because its a developement tool, people download creat programs and software with it, and they have been built specifically for windows, thus meaning more programs available on windows is a good selling point. (i think you get the basic edea of what im saying)
Already had this.. but microsoft website is a bitch, takes hours to find anything =[ maybe its just me |

ok. all you did here is tell everyone how to go to the microsoft website and download this. you didn’t need to explain anything because its all in the directions and its pretty easy to understand. i did this about a year ago and its was easy. but i’ll give you a 5 because i need the egg points. |
