ok.....
materials:
Needle Nosed Pliers
Party Poppers
Bostik Multi Bond (glue)
Matches (optional)
Once you have gathered all the materials:
Step 1
Remove the streamers and the CardBoard
from the Party Popper
Step 2
Pour glue in, Stop at the glue level
(marked on pic)
Step 3
Replace the Card Board and burn the Streamers
HeHe
Step 4 (final step)
Hand to victim and watch as the bottom explodes
and splats glue all over there hands
(give them the party popper before the glue dries)
