This is how to take a rocket and turn it into a plane

Materials
Rockets (fire works preflibly not bottle rockets)
Rocket engines, shiskabob sticks, and fuse (if you don’t have fire work rockets)
Duct tape
Exacto knife
Light cardboard

Procedure
This is how to silence the rocket if you are doing this in a state that bans fireworks and so you can reuse your wing
1)take the red paper off the end
2) you will see some things that look almost like firecrackers in the tube, take them out
3) cut out the emty tube part so that all u have left is a rocket engine on a stick (if you don’t have fireworks you can do this)

this is how to make the actual plane

1)cut out a wing from the light cardboard (try to get it as even as you can so that it will fly straight)
2)cut a V shaped notch in the back center part of your wing
3)cut out a triangle with 2 even accute angles this will be the tail
4)tape the wing and the tail to the rocket as shown

5)optional add flaps to the wings and use them to adjust the flight path
6) light rocket off a ramp

Effect
The rocket should fly in a straight line across a field
Experiment with this thers not exactly one way to do this try different wing sizes and such

I was going to make an egg about rocket planes. I had pictures of 4 different models of paper planes, and videos of the results. I ended forgetting about it and deleting the pictures and videos from my digital camera on accident.
