in this egg I will be going over how to improve your finger strength.
First you need a rubber band
Put it on your wrist
Then hook it on your finger. Do this by pulling the band from the bottom
let it go to the back of your finger
You can then do your whole hand at once instead of just by individual finger by just putting bands on all of your fingers instead of just one
To exersize your hand just close and open your hand if ur useing all four bands your definetly going to feel it.
If you don’t like this Then you can just use the old method of squeezeing a tennis ball. |
