first of i,m going to tell you a little of norwegian drinking techniques. You don’t stop until you drop. I like to have a good beer on the side to flush it all down after you are done with your shot. The general order to do things in is: have 2 shots, down half of the beer can (I prefer Carlsberg because it’s the best beer in the world) have another shot. Go out for a smoke, piss down the residue of the beer can and crush it against your skull.

WARNING!!! These are Norwegian sized helpings. I learned to make them from my grandmother J

The first drink I am going to teach ou is the traditional “PONS”

WHAT YOU NEED:
2 litre of vodka or good old 96% “kjellervatn” directly translated into basement water
1 kilo of brown sugar
1 liters of spring water
1 tablespoon of cinnamon
2 tablespoons of nutmeg
1 tablespoon of caramel sauce

What you need to do:

First of all have a nice and big kettle ready. Boil the water and add the sugar. Stir until it is completely dissolved. Ad the spices in the order listed above (for good luck) and let it simmer for about an hour while stirring occasionally. Now wait for the mixture to cool to a temperature of under 70 degrees celcius. If you don’t the alcohol will evaporate and you wont get drunk. Now add the booze and stir well. Served hot.

next then. The Turkish shot. I know this is available in most liquor stores, but you get the best results from the homemade type.

What you need for this one.

About 700 grams of Turkish pepper candy or similar.
0.5 litres of water
1 litre of the earlier mentioned “kjellarvatn”
I tablespoon of anis seeds.

The procedure is similar to the one of the Pons, but now you don’t need to boil anything. Just use the hottest water from your tap. Mix this with the candy and shake/stir until dissolved. If problems add just a little of the alcohol. Put in the anis and let it sit over night. If you are superstitious put it on a spot where it is exposed to moonlight. Next mornig add the alcohol and have a little drink before school.



The instant coffee wakeup master über cocktail.

This one is extremely simple, but good.

You need hot water
Instant coffee
And booze

Simply mix a good dl of your booze in a big coffee mug. Then ad the instant coffee (to make the coffee dissolve more easily and to limit the dishes). Fill the cup with hot water and enjoy. This is good for hikes and other booring activities in the mountains.

sorry for not putting in pics, but i dont see the point. now remember. responsible drinking is uncool. drink until you are unable to cram more intoxicating noveltys into your body
