Back in the day I made this Windows Xp skins egg

Now i’ve been getting messages on how the file expired and the pics expired so i decided to remake the egg and add more to it by showing you how to download and set up skins from other websites.
IM DOING IT!!!!!
IM MAKING IT AGAIN!!!!
First off you need winrar, if you don’t have it then download it here.

Once you have winrar downloaded and set up then we can move on!!!
First off download the file I uploaded (Not rapidshare)

BTW it IS Virus-free, im not trying to fuck anyone over on this one.
It should look like this.
You then need to click "Download for free with FileFactory Basic"
It will look like this.
Then click "Click here to begin your download" NOT THE P2P ONE!!!!!
This will pop up
Clikc save to disk and let it download, its near 60 MB so for cable downloads it shouldn’t take you that long, maybe 10 minutes.
Once its done it will look like this.
Then you double click it and you will see this.
Drag the file you see to the desktop and a window should pop up showing the transfer in progress.
once its done you should see this.
double click that and make sure you see this
You see the file that says instructions?
Fuck that, it just messes up the process, it DOESN’T WORK!!!!
I will tell you what to do
If you dont follow what im saying then THEN FILE WILL NOT WORK!!!!
Ok, now double click the installer program in the file
and this should pop up
Just go through the installation, once everything is done this these should pop up.
X out the register window and click "Ill reboot later"
Then go to where you had the file download too.
Usually it downloads into program files.
once you find it, it should look like this
BTW, if you cant find the file in your program files, look at what i circled and watch up the files to find it.
ok now find the WbSrv.dll file and move it to your desktop.
Now go back to the file I had you download and find Crack
Now RIGHT CLICK THE CRACK FILE AND CLICK EXPLORE!!!!
you should see this
now highlight those 4 files and move them into the file i had you download
Then click yes to all
Now make sure the original WbSrv.dll file is still on your desktop and restart your computer.
Once your comp is done restarting and you go abck to your profile and log in this will pop-up
^IF THAT DOESN’T POP UP THEN YOU DID SOMETHING WRONG!!!
RE-TRACE YOUR STEPS TO FIND OUT WHAT YOU DID WRONG!!!
*Note* Your bottom task bar will not look like the classic windows, I did that because my comp was being Ghey. You can see the error window to the side of the screen. THIS IS NOT BECAUSE THE INSTALL, IT IS JUST MY COMP.*
Now you can take the orignal WbSrv.dll that was on your desktop and delete it, it will not be needed.
Now your done installing the program!!
You now have WindowBlinds 5 Enhanced FREE!!
But what do you do if you want to install the skins?
Its simple really, first off go back to the file i had you download.
And double-click on the Skins.rar file
The click on the next file that says Skins
You should see this
Now to download the skins to your windowblinds you just have to double click on one of those files.
For an example we will be using the skin AlienTech.wba
When you double click on AlienTech it will be extracted from the .rar file and then a little window will pop up saying it has been installed!
Now if you click on that little window that popped up it will set up the alien tech skin and set it as your main skin but I want to show you how to do it through your desktop preferences tab.
So first right click your desktop and click properties
And click on your Appearance tab
And click the drop down menu "Windows And buttons" and select Alien tech
You should see this
Now just click apply.
When you do this, this should pop up
Once that is done loading your skin will be installed!!!
And you install every other skin that way!!
BUT WE’RE NOT DONE YET!!!
lets say you went through all the skins and you got tired of them and wanted to get more but you dont know where to get them from?
Look no further!
first you need to go to http://www.wincustomize.com/
And scroll down down till you see the WindowBlinds link on the left of the page and click it
Now it takes you to a page with more skins for WindowBlinds 5, now you would look through these till you find one you like but i’ll just pick one.
Find the Trans Gloss skin and click download
When you get to the next page just click Trans Gloss.wba link
Then just click save to disk
once its done downloading, go to where it is on your desktop and double click the file
Once it finished loading this should pop up
Now to set it up, go back to the appearance tab in your display properties
Then click on the drop down menu "Windows and Buttons" and select the Trans Gloss skin
And click apply
An icon should come up telling you the skin is loading.
And then when it loads your done!
That’s about all i can show you on this subject

I would also like to make a note that I made this orignal egg with pics over 5 months ago so even though Skin eggs have came out over that time period, I had MY FIRST EGG ON THIS OUT LONG AGO.
Please also rate m on how I improved from the old skins egg to this egg.

Its hard to compare because all of your old pictures aren’t there anymore. 5* from me though, can always count on you for a good quality egg. I also like how the pictures didn’t strecth the page :-) |
