In this egg, I am going to teach you how to make a folder that can be invisible.
First, make a new folder .
Then right click it, and select ’Rename’
Hold down the ’ALT’ key, and type ’0160’ on the NumPad. Make sure you have ’ALT’ held down the whole time. Then release ’ALT’. Then click off the folder. It should now look like this:
Now, right click your folder with no name, and go to properties, and then click on the ’Customize’ tab.
Now down the bottom there should be a ’Change Icon’ option. Select that. This should appear:
Now use the scrool bar down the bottom to scrool along until you find one of these: Select any one of the blank spaces. Now your folder should look like this:
Now you can change your desktop colour to suit the colour of the small rectangle that remains. Can you see it?
Now I click and drag my mouse into the corner,
And there you have it! Have fun hiding your porn from peeking eyes.
P.S. I sort of slacked off a bit with putting my name on pictures towards the end, but oh well.
Nov 20, 2006 2:18 am - And if you want to password protect your files in this folder, make a Compressed .Zip folder and put it in the invisible folder, and then put all your porn/whatever in the .zip folder, and select all the files, and then go to File>Add password.
