ok all you need is:
a normal sized latex baloon
fake blood
water
white or black craft feathers
a victim in a car.
ok what you do is stuff as much craft feathers in the balloon as possible.
then you pour about 1/3 of a cup of fake blood in it.
then you put it on a faucet like a water balloon and fill it till its about the size of one of those mini basketballs.
then you hide somewhere (be creative.) and when a car comes throw it on their windsheild and whatch them freak out as they think they hit a bird. |

i just made one and threw it at a stopped car from my balcony,
