Your going to need a long stick that can pick up trash bags. A gaff works best, it’s a long pole with a hook on the end of it, used for fishing.
If you can’t get that, use a golf club or a hockey stick.
You will also need a car.
On the night before trash day, drive down the street and hook your neighbors trash bags with the stick.
You can throw them at cars or in the beds of pickup trucks, whatever floats your boat.
You can also try ripping them open while driving down the street at 80 mph, throwing garbage everywhere.
I like doing this around 3:00 in the morning, when theres no traffic, so I can make a huge pile of them in the middle of a busy intersection, the next day people have to move them in order to get to work.
During Christmas it’s fun to grab peoples yard decorations, like those plastic candy canes on the side of the road or when they put their lights around they’re yard, grab those and drag them down the street, just make sure you don’t get electricuted.
