1. No copying and pasting!
2. No repeats.
3. No pornographic material.
4. No posting shit information that is little no value to anyone.
5. Never put that it is your first egg.
6. Try to post things that you have done that are of interest to others.
7. No rating your own eggs!
8. No spamming (as that is quite a sad, sad life).
9. Learn to spell in your native language (and if thats not English or American then convert it to that as most of the members speak / write in them languages).
10. Keep your writing roughly the same size / style, unless its meant to be different!
11. Dont be abusive to other members (well you can...but within reason).
12. Dont mouth off to members of a higher level than you...chances are quite high that next time you come online you will be hated by all!
13. Dont bother writing 3 line eggs!
14. Try to encourage yourself / others to go on the RE chat (as no one does!)
15. Know the difference between forum stuff and egg stuff (people dont like it when you get confused!)
16. Learn how to create a URL (and use common sense, only use it if doesnt clash with the other rules)... (see above!)
17. Get a moving avatar or picture (no photo is generally annoying).
18. Its dog eat dog in the Rotten egg world, so get out their stick to the rules and youll go far!
Id just like to say that these arent the proper rules however their better...so just to be kind ill put a link to the real ones below! ...well they are sort of rules closer to guide lines (from the help section)...-see bellow.
No 28, 2006 1:41 pm - yer but there seems to be some right idiots who just post spam and shit ( this is just a guide i dont really care if you dont like it new members might ) by the way it isnt C/P from anywhere! because thats one of the rules... + i agree rules are to be broken...so thats why i put there sort of guide lines!
