Go to Home Depot and ask for 700 to 1 expanding foam, (The stuff that builders use to seal door frames and whatnot) get about 6 cans. Take them home and put them in your deep freezer for about a day or so. (Make sure they are fully frozen for the next part) Cut the very top of the can off and discard the can top somewhere where no one will find it. Within 5-10 minutes after you cut the tops off, break the window out of your targets car and throw them inside (3 up front and 3 in back) Get the hell out of there. The next morning the foam should have busted out all the windows and pushed the roof off of the car. There is no way to get it out because the foam is hardend into a gigantic muffin shape inside the car. The insurance company will most likely total it out.
