Ok, We’ve all heard of the Sparkler Bomb. Simple shit, I mean, anyone who hasnt made one, get ya fuckin head outta ya arse.
And if you havn’t made a sparkler bomb, I’ll believe ya when me shit turns purple and smells like rainbow sherbet.
Anyway. They’re pretty shit, just kind of shatters the glass bottle the sparkler dust is kept in.
Now, this one I have made is much much more effective. Its a small vegemite sized glass jar, with about 3 packets worth of sparkler dust in there. Now, theres about 18 sparklers in each pack. How the fuck did I manage that??
By lots of time, and patience. And more! Which I will divulge in this egg.
This little firework, because its no where near a bomb, which is my own customized concoction, which I have called it a "Sparkler Suprise".
Now, what you will need:
- About 2 or 3 Packets of Sparklers (Aprox 18 Sparklers per packet) [only the leftovers shown here though]
- A Screwdriver
- An empty vegemite jar (Needs to be empty of course)
- A Piece of white paper, flat surface
- Lighter
- Half a sparkler for the fuse
- Drill OR Soldering Iron
Ok. Now, put about 5 - 10 sparklers on the flat white paper, to be crushed. Now get the dust off the sparkler wire. When its all off, (in chunks), get the handle of the screwdriver (a nice rounded crushing device), and crush the dust into fine, like really fine powder, then put into the vegemite jar.
This is how I fitted 3 packets of the buggers into such a small jar.
Kepp doing this over and over with all the sparklers, untill the jar is completely full to the brim.
Now, get the drill with a small drill bit, and drill a hole in the top of the lid, as thats wheree the fuse goes. Or, get a soldering iron, and melt a hole with the tip of it. I reccomend this option if you are a stoner and want to get off from the near lethal fumes of when a soldering iron melts plastic.
Either way, just get a hole in the lid, big enough for the sparkler fuse to go in, but not too big. Just a nice tight fit.
Good.
Now, put the lid on the jar, carefull not to spill any of the sparkler dust.
Cut a sparkler in half, and put it in the hole, thats the fuse.

SUMMARY:
Now, the reason I crushed the dust up really fine, and really compressed the dust into the jar, so its all really tight, is because there is no air, and the explosion of this "firework" will not just shatter, but really blow everywhere big...
I have tried this, and the results where reasonable. I decided to make a new one, and make an egg about it. I havn’t got around to lighting it, as Im saving it for when Im drunk or something.
But when I do light it, I’l take a picture of it in action, for proof, even a video of it exploding.

hey, i got some of the sparklers here that have the powder inside it, and it’s already crushed to a fine powder. also, add a bead of hot glue around the sparkler that you put in the hole. and, for best results, u should tape it up pretty tight. great egg tho. i rate it a 5* |

Also, if you want an added BANG or something, just make a little bit of room in the jar at the top and put a bit of petrol in it. like a centermeter (CM) layer of pertrol.... |
