Glue

did this once when I was at school, it was funny as hell.
First, find your target’s car in the parking lot. When no one is around, glue long strips of toliet paper on the car. The more, the better. When school is over, the glue should be dried. Quickly hide somewhere so you can see the car, and see the look of your teacher’s face when he/she sees the new car !!!
