This is the same thing i posted in the forums, but that was just to see if anyone would advise some different ingredients...so heres the final product:
Alright this is one kickazzzzzz mlkshake. What you need:
1. 3/4 cup ice cream (Vanilla, strawberry, or other fruit flavor)
2. 1 1/2 cup milk
3. 2 nice ripe bananas
4. 7-9 tspoons JIF extra crunch peanut butter
5.1/2 t spoon Hersheys Cocoa (Any thing above 1/2 tspoons of this shit will 0wnd1zzlle your ass- this stuff is highly concentrated and tastes like shit in high amounts.)
6. A blender
Step 1. Add ice creanm and if your blender has star shaped blades, push the ice cream around the blades evenly.
2. add banana\\\\’s, preferably sliced into quarter sized chunks.
3. add the peanut butter, distributing it evenly, and it would also be a good idea to nudge some between the blades for more friction.
4. pour the milk in, then stir it around a little just to loosen stuff that may make theblades stuck.
5. add the cocoa, and stir until the milk is the color of the cocoa.
6. cover the blender, start it up. First, start on a medium speed for about ten seconds, then go full power for another ten to fifteen seconds. now open that shiat and enjoy.
TIP: Add a couple handfulls of rice crispie cereal for added crunch/thickness.
You could also use oatmeal, as suggested by Koala (LaWl)
If you dont want peanut butter, use something else that wont ruin the taste, but it should be the same thickness as the peanut butter or else you will hve a watery milkshake.
Oh wash that blender the second your done drinkin the shake, because no one wants to smell milk when you forget to wash it and leave it out for hours.
