Hi and welcome to my egg about "powerballs"
ok lets get started.
What Is A PowerBall?
The powerball was designed to improve wrist muscles of those who regularly use it, but has fast become a highly addictive craze. Its the worlds most fastest hand gyroscope reaching speeds of 15,000 RPM !
How To Use It!
place the cord into one of the holes around the inner ball and thread all the way around like the picture shows:
If you are right handed hold the ball in your right hand, wrap the cord around your left index finger 2-3 times, and give it a pull (you dont want to be pulling to hard because you wont get the timing right) :
(was quite hard to get a picture, had to use my chin lol)
ok you should now have pulled the cord, it should be spinning at 2000-3000 RPM, rotate your hand in a clockwise direction making sure you dont go to fast otherwise the ball will "jump" gradually increase the speed of your roation.
again sorry about bad quality, crap camera =p
TIPS
1.DONT drop the ball
2.DONT put the ball on the floor while still spinning as it could get dust inside
3.WHEN you first start off spinning, do "wide and lazy" rotations, so you dont get tired easy.
4.TRY to use your opposite hand first to get as much speed as possible (e.g im right handed but ill use my left hand first to get speed, then swap to my right for the big finish)
5.IF buying a powerball DONT get somthing called "strength ball" its a fake of powerball and will proberbly break easy.

thanks and a powerball is used for strengthing the arm and wrist.
Ideal for sports like golf,tennis,squash and all other activities demanding power in the arms hands and wrists. great for musicians to. drummers, guitarists, pianists (in fact most musicians!) will benifit from the increased strength and dexterity that NSD powerball will give them![quote] |

This one time I reworded an owners manual for a nutcracker. That was such a GREAT egg, nobody ever would have thought that you can use it for the exact same purpose as it was developed for. |

restricted get one off play.com, get one of the neons (ive got the blue neon pro) and thanks every one for the comments, very good if you do a sport that involves your hands. |
