So your at home, bored, need things to stock up your pencil case full of trouble, so its ready for school? heres one simple thing you can make, with a walk around the house to the laundry, office and garage.
What You Need:
One wooden peg
One rubberband(Couldnt find any so i used a bit of inner tube)
Stanley knife/hobby knife
Roll of tape
Step 1 Seperate your peg so there is the two wooden pieces and the spring.
Step 2 Take one wooden piece and put it on the side. Using the knife cut down through the peg right on the edge of the end dip. You can see a cut line in the picture
Cut out a little chip so it is straight down. Here is before and after(Bottom is before, top is after)
Step 3 Cut along the line like in this pictured, then cut out all the way through the peg
Here is it finished
Step 4 Put the spring on this way
and push it down further so it is like this.
Your gun stock and trigger are finished. Now to test they work
Step 5 Using the opposite side of the peg, push the spring down like this so it clicks into the little gap that you cut out earlier.
It shold be like this
Step 6 To shoot, hold your gun like this and pull the bottom of the spring towards you. If it fires and feels like its strong, move on. If its not grab another peg and start again.
Step 7 Put the other side of the peg like this
And wrap your rubberband around the end like this
Then tape over the rubberband
That is your finished product.
