(This is my first egg)
Ok, this is a quick guide on how to setup and perform two magic tricks. One is a sleight and the other is an actual trick. Here it is:
materials A deck of cards
A person whom you will perform these on
A mirror to see if you are not showing the secret(optional)
Ok, first I am going to teach the sleight, which is called the Herman pass(other magic users don’t vote down, I’m just trying to encourage others to start magic).
Spread the cards out and have a person tap a card and look at it but place it back where it was. Then hold a break above the selected card, like this.

Now position your hands like this and begin to bring up the bottom half of the deck.
Pictures aren’t doing to well, so here’s a video of the explanation(it’s exposed).
That ends the sleight, here is the trick(this has nothing to do with the sleight though).
First, spread out the cards and have one selected, like this.

When you gather up the cards again, look at the bottom card, this is your key card.

Now have the selected card placed on top.

Now cut the deck and complete it, like this.

Now what you have to do is holding the face of the cards toward you, look through until you find the card you memorized earlier(the key card).
In my case, the selected card was the ten of spades.
Now count from the card to the right of the spectators card, the spelling of it(mine would be t-e-n-o-f-s-p-a-d-e-s, with one card for each letter and with the other cards after that, guess a few cards then put all the extra cards behind).
All the cards to the right of the card that is pushed up on the right are the extras, you guess out of their.
Now all you have to do is put all the extra cards behind the deck, and spell out the name of the card, like these pics.

Now that was the end of the egg, but just for clarity, here’s a video explanation.

I was just doing that so I could get suggestions for my second egg and so people get to know my style. It’s fine if you down rate, just think about this(and please forget the "first egg" thing was even there).

Jan 03, 2007 5:57 pm - rockzombie and gully u 2 are dicks lol my eggs are shit n thats why they have a shit rating but theres no point in giving him a bad rating for a good egg cuz hes new and fuckin said that was the end of his 1st egg. would it be any different if he had said " this is the end of my 5th egg" 4* cuz i alredy knew this lol
