I’ve had this idea for the longest time, and I never got around to doing it because I’m lazy and it hasnt been cold enough for it.
Materials -The weather has to be freezing. Who would of known.
-Newspaper and a spray bottle
Cargo pants are not a must, but they are very useful.
There is nothing to it really.
Apply water.
Apply newspaper.
Wait.
And it freezes to whatever you apply it to.
Now my original idea involved the windshield of a car, but everybody has their transportation machines in their garages. So I did the next best thing...some dudes window.
Yes, I did a very half ass job of it but whatever.
Bring some friends along, atleast 1 more person, I wouldnt bring a large group.
You can do this to anything.
Take example:

I would of done a better job on the guys house but it was windy and very cold, so I kind of gave up.
So yeah...it’s simple.
You can apply the newspaper to just about anything:
-Windshields
-Peoples doors
-Street signs
-Mail boxes

its fun to do it with toilet paper too.. get it soaked and whip it at things... it explodes and freezes almost instantly... (fun to do top sides of cars)
