also known as; wasps, vbombs, hornets, buzzers, bumble bees, etc...
ok, almost everybody has tried this in my school. some people suck and have no fuckin clue what they are doing and other people know how to make ones sting like a mother bitchin fucker. now here is a nearly complete guide on the art of paper bullets
This guide will include...
1- materials
2- making the ammunition
3- storing the ammunition
4- fireing them
5- dirty tricks
6- technique
Rubberbands-(different assortments help) you can get these at your local dollar store or at a walmart. every retail store has atleast a pack of 100.
Paper-depending on how many you want to make i suggest using index cards. but the paper is totaly up to you. you can get this ANYWHERE
Scissors-adult supervision required. go to a local retail store to fine these
Target-unless you are experienced, you should try shooting at a target. about 10 straight minutes of practice should get you in good shape. you can find these online. just print one off

second step-take you thirds of paper and fold/roll very tightly vertically. after this tape it. DO NOT FOLD IT. i will explain in third chapter
the reason i didnt have you fold it yet was because if you are using these at school and are carrying them around in your pocket. for whatever reason a teacher wants you to show him/her your pockets, they wont be folded and she wont know. so untill your ready to shoot them, dont fold them.
an easy way to store them is in your pocket,basket,or ziploc baggie
1. i find that putting paperclips or staples inside the bullets before you roll them increases density so it flies further. you can also put some on the outside. i once did this and is stuck on my friends skin for about 3 seconds.
you can also use the metal tacks(not the thumb tacks) as bullets themselves. but warning these will leave massive welts.
you can usually come up with your own technique depending on you school/room. but the one i find the easiest is to put the rubber band somewhere between your chest and your waist. that way if it backfire(will happen occasionally as you should know) it wont hit your eye and you wont go blind.

and u take a rubber band put it over your middle and index finger, fold up a index card and put it over the band, pull aim shoot...
