I am just telling my version of Lucid Dreaming. I know this has nothing to do with pranks but hey you can use your imagination in sleep to think up pranks for the next day. This is pretty much just "about" Lucid dreaming. Not really based on how to. But theres a little bit on how. O.K here it goes.
Lucid Dreaming.
Lucid dreaming takes place when we are aware that we are dreaming while still asleep and in the dream. Have you ever said, "It this a dream?" while you were dreaming? Or perhaps you’re familiar with the dream and decide to change the ending or sequence of the dream. This means that you are manipulating the dream so that you affect its outcome.
Experiencing a Lucid Dream
Lucid dreams are the ultimate virtual realities where anything is possible and the dreamer has some element of control, masterminding adventure,science fiction, romance, or gravity defying stunts with no physical limitations. We can perform amazing feats of in which the boundaries of the imagination are the only limits. Tibetan monks use lucid dreaming as a spiritual took on the path to enlightenment. How many of us can fly with owls and birds, swim with dolphins, and dive underwater like seals or climb like mountain-goats on the giant slopes of the Himalayas? This feeling of exhilaration, or being able to do anything, can translate itself into a creative process and be a great tool for anyone in the creative field. Dreams offer the chance to have fun, adventure and to explore one’s creativity, as well as being used for healing or gaining insight.
Sleep on it--dream incubation
Dream incubation involves consciously asking the dream for guidance in solving an actual problem in waking life. There is an old saying that if you have a decision to make, it is best to "sleep on it" beforehand. That way, you’ll find a solution that isn’t based on emotion or just a gut reaction.
To incubate a dream you must, before you go to sleep, have your question or problem clearly in your mind and then ask yourself that question. For example, you may ask "Is this relationship good for me?" In the morning, record the actual dream and your thoughts about it and try to work out the meaning.
Like I said I know this has nothing to do with pranks but its nice to know some of these things. I put alot of effort into this, so please do not rate my harshly. If you do please tell me why. I really need these points people. This is more soley based on what it is more than how to do it. So I leave the voting to you guys
Mar 01, 2007 8:05 am - Yea, ive had a few of those dreams, i allways wake up tho cause i feel like im falling off a cliff. But yea, thats pretty cool, im gonna try that tonight.
Mar 01, 2007 9:15 am - ive experienced lucid dream only a few times, however each time i do to "take control" by doing what i want,i wake up. bugger, lol 4* bacuse im sure this is copied
Mar 01, 2007 4:34 pm - I assure you guys that this isn’t c/p so please quit rating me low because you think so. I did a lot of research on this and I would appreciate some good votes. Most of you have done good so far. Please keep it up. Your opinions on Lucid dreaming would help also. Its a good thing to get into.
