This Egg is going to show you how to disassemble and clean the barrel a walther P99 airsoft gun by Crossman.
First your going to push down on the magizine release button near the trigger.
The magizine should be free and make sure there is no bb’s in the gun and the gun is not cocked.
Your now want to pull the slide all the way back and lock it in place with the slide lever.while its locked,fire the trigger to make sure its uncocked.your going to see a small black piece in the back,remove that by pulling down.
Now near the trigger there is a small U shapped piece,pull that down.
You can now release the slide and it should come fully off.You should have 4 parts now.
If you look at the slide,there should be 3 main pieces,the cocking spring,barrel and firing mechanism.remove the cocking spring.
you can now take out the firing mechanics.
remove the barrel and the gun is now disassembled.
i recomend using a gun oil and wiping down each indiviual part lightly except for the barrel.
Congrats your gun is now disassembled.

Cleaning the barrel
Take the barrel and check if there is anything stuck in it as such as a bb,if so remove it.
You can buy this cleaner called Pro-Clean barrel cleaner at any store that sells paintball guns or firearms.
Mix a little bit of the cleaner with warm water to a 1:8 ratio,take a cotten or nylon swab(do not use any metal bristle brush) and gently swab the inside of the barrel making sure to get any loose dirt out.You can let it airdry or gently rub the outside with a clean cloth.
You can now put your gun back together and it should fire with better accuracy. |

release the slide lever near the back of the gun while holding the slide,it should slide right off the front of the gun towards the barrel. |

Ok this is a good guide, but what i want to say is, when you want to build it together again you need to have much patience. Somtimes when i was doing this, i wished to have 4 Arms (with hands of course) or at least 3... |

dang, i think ours might be different, mine looks just like yours, but the thing that pushes forward and shoots the bb is in the way, wont let me push the slide forward |
