When it comes to having these guns, yeah... you don’t need a federal license... moreso you CANNOT get a federal license to carry these guns. I know, as my great uncle owns a pair of Civil War era pistols. This means you cannot conceal them. When you carry them around, you have to keep them in plain view (like in holsters) or on the seat of your car or on the dash. Also, yeah... underage kids can acquire these, I guess, but they’d basically have to know how to make bullets and mix and load gunpowder.
