Chapter one
Making Body, Nose cone and fins
1. Cut out twenty 4cm by 21cm piece of normal paper.
2. Put down some cardboard where you are going to make your body(to keep it clean)
3. Get some wood glue, PVC or white glue and put it in a little dish.
4. Get you cylinder and wrap a piece of paper around it. This is so it doesn’t stick to the tube.
5. Start putting glue on your paper with your paint brush. Slowly rap them around the tube. It should end up 16cm long. You have to put five paper strips on each layer.
6. You now have to leave it for 2-3 days. After this take it of the tube. It should slide of because no glue was between the paper and tube. This is you body.
7. Now add fins out of cardboard and a nose out of card board.
Chapter 2
Making nozzle 1. Get plaster of Paris or bentonite clay or kitty litter.
2. Get the body of your rocket and either fill one end with plaster of Paris or get the bentonite clay and hammer it down with dowel until it is hard. The same process is done with the kitty litter.
3. Drill a hole right in the centre of the nozzle. The drill bit should be as big as the fuse you are using. Nu have finished you have finished your nozzle.
Chapter 3
Making fuel
1. You either can use Chlorine fuel if you’re in Australia or Black powder fuel if you can acquire this.
2. The chlorine fuel is a mix of Calcium hypochlorite (pool chlorine), sugar and sulphur (optional). The Mixture is 71% Calcium Hypochlorite, 4 % Sugar (optional) and 25% sugar. Make 100g batches at a time for safety reasons.
3. The black powder fuel is as follows: KNO3 71%, Sulphur 4%, Charcoal 25%
4. When you have finished making your fuel, make sure it is very fine. This will make the rocket go higher.
5. Put your fuel in the rocket and pack it down very hard.
Chapter 4
Making Explosion 1. Before you put one the nose and cover of your rocket, you can make it a lot better if you put a explosion in.
2. This is achieved if you put black powder or flash powder in the top. You can add certain chemicals o it to make it different colours. Sodium salts-yellow colours, Lithium salts- Red colouring, Copper salts- Blue colour, barium Salts- Green colour, Calcium-Orange, Magnesium and Aluminium- White colour. You can add all these chemicals, but they have to be grouped together, not mixed because the other colours will out perform other colours if mixed. You can also add some stars if you like.
Chapter 5
Launching rocket 1. Attach a stick to your rocket. Put this in the ground. Put your fuse into the rocket and light. When it reached the fuel it will start burning rapidly and send it up into the air. When it reached the gunpowder at top it will explode sending brilliant colours out at all direction.

You said chlorine wasnt toxic, yet you still tell people to build something dangerous as fuck! 100grams of anything flammable is a BIG fire, and with a strong oxidizer, a HOT fire!
