In this Guide I will show you how to make sparks (And a poisonous gas) All From a single Grape!
For those of you that don’t allready know this, This is who the egg applies to.
What You Will Need: 1. A Bag Of Grapes
2. A Microwave, Preferably An Old One But It Doesn’t Matter.
3. A Clear Glass That You Can See Though.
Lets Get Started:
See how this grape is cut? No? What, of course you do!! Open your eyes!!
The Grape needs to be cut all the way though but needs to still connect with Grape skin....Get it?
If your that thick then message me and I will draw pictures in paint for you lol.
Preparing The Microwave:
It would be awesome if you wiped your nasty microwave out, that HotDog you tried to eat for breakfast that one morning that exploded doesn’t need to be stuck to the roof and sides of your microwave.
When you do this and tell mom later you also score brownies points ;p
Just don’t tell her you’re using her microwave to create a spark, deadly gas....ETC.
If your microwave has a turntable.......no you idiot, not a turntable to mix songs like a DJ!!
Just take the giant glass round thing out you fool!!

Get Ready To Be Awed And Um...Amazed?
Place your cut Grape on a saucer (Saucer Optional) and place your clear glass over it.
Turn the microwave on to about 15 seconds on most Microwaves. Try to place The Grape right in the middle of the microwave.
When you start to heat it up it will look kinda like this....also colors depend on what type of grape your using and what microwave your using, I got a nice purplish red effect when I tried it.
Wow, this picture sucks! The quality is bad because it was taken though the microwave glass I imagine but you can make it out, and after reading this egg I am sure you can see for yourself!!
The Poisonous Gas!
Once you put your cup over the Grape and microwave it and all the sparking is done, stop the microwave you should see some noticeable cloud of smoke.
Now you stoner’s don’t breath this in, it won’t make you feel all crazy...it will most likely kill you if you breath it in.
I don’t need to harvest poisonous gas but if you do then you find the way to do so!

Those aren’t just sparks, they’re plasma.

It is such a small amount and the gas is not that potent, I am saying don’t inhale it....this egg is for the cool sparks, not the gas.
Mar 30, 2007 3:56 pm - The two halves act as a dipole antenna that efficiently receives the microwave energy. Grapes happen to be about the right size, so other fruits/ vegetables would have to be about that size, and separated by a millimeter or two... The only purpose of the skin link is for the separation. Also, the grape juice works as a decent electrolyte... This, in combination with the high frequency energy, causes a high voltage potential (over 3000v...) between the two halves. This also causes the grape juice to turn to steam. The steam ionizes between the halves, and conducts the voltage, causing plasma.
As for the ’smoke’, that’s mostly Ozone (O3), which in high concentrations can hurt, or even kill you. Don’t purposely breathe it, but don’t worry about small amounts being in your house.
