Ok I know this egg will probably be dropped but I’m writing it anyways... so here goes.
There is a currency in Poland known as the Zlotych, which faced a massive inflation crisis in the 1980’s. Because of this, 4 Zeros were slashed on any bill that predated 1990.
On to the Idea... all the new bills look exactly the same as the old bills (to the untrained eye). So, all you have to do is go on Ebay and buy a bundle of the old Zlotych for around $10-30 (they usually come in packs of 100X100 or 10,000Z). The new price is roughly $3000, so all you do is try and sell off the old Zlotych. You meet a person, and offer to sell it to them, and use a site such as XE.com or any other currency conversion site to prove your point. You can sell it to them cheap, saying "I just want to get rid of it" or "no one can know i have this money cause i stole it" whatever you want. In the end though, you walk away with their money and they walk away with a bundle of bills worth around $0.30.

well actually, no. the new money could be easily extinguished from the old money. all new money has pictures of kings on them. also each bill has a different background color: 10Z - greyish green, 20Z - light purple, 50Z - blue, 100Z - green, 200Z - golden yellow.
