I got this nice little recipe from the Anarchists Cookbook but I’m putting this up for the people who were never able to get one

All you have to do is get about 10 bananas and take the peeling off. (you can eat or throw away the actual fruit). Once you have all the peelings off, scrape the inside out and boil all of the stuff you scraped off in water for about 4 or 5 hours. After a few hours of boiling it should become a thick paste. Pour that paste onto a cookie sheet and bake that paste for another 4 to 5 hours it should be a fine black powder by the time your finished baking it.


It will take about 4 roaches to feel the effect
