I’ve done this before but this person was a real idiot(like me :D). What you do is you type up a very long document saying its from the CIA or something (make sure you save this on your comp. so you dont have to keep doing it). In this document think of the worst thing possible or relate it to current events. EX. something such as the worlds population was sold to extraterrestria or details of how, when the end of the world is and explain how our government is planning it (think of something very bad such as severe torture and then think of some date coming up). Finally put something on it saying it cannot be stopped. If you dont want to do this and/or you think its stupid you can just kill that person but then you have to worry about jailtime/punish
