So, You like airsoft, but don’t want to spend $20+ for a gun. Well in this egg, I’m going to show you how to make a decent airsoft shooter for pretty cheap.
Items needed:
Plyers
Two pens
Surgical tubing or slingshot tubing
Scissors
Step one
Cut about two inches of tubing.
Step two
Pull apart both pens, so you only have two tubes. Discard of all the other parts, you don’t need them anymore.
Step three
Stick the end of the tubing over the end of one of the tubes.
Step four
Use your plyers to pull down the tubing so it goes about a centimeter over the end of the pen.
Step five
Push the other side of the tubing onto the other pen.
Step six
Keep pushing the tube onto the second pen until it covers a centimeter of it.
You’re done!
Finished:
To shoot
Roll an airsoft pellet down one of the pen tubes.
stick the pen in your mouth and blow hard.

Q: why don’t you just blow it through one of the pen tubes?
A: The rubber tubing forces the air pressure to be higher before it shoots, giving it greater range, speed, and accuracy.
Apr 20, 2007 3:54 am - i allready an egg on this. cept mine was full automatic, and used a diferent air source. your breath would not have nearly enough strength to push a BB through rubber tubing, and if it would, it would be weak as hell.

We are probably using different tubing, because shooting this takes about as much effort as blowing up a balloon.
