Making Windows look like Windows Vista!
Today i will be showing you how to make windows xp really look like windows vista,before i begin here is a screenshot of what mine looks like after finishing.

Now onto the method.(all download links at bottom of the page!)
1.First of all you have to download vista transformation pack(all credits to windowsxlive.net)
when you have finished downloading it reboot your computer into safe mode and start the installer
2.press next here
3.and here...
(sorry about the size..i stuffed up :p)
4.i really dont think this step needs a picture all you have to do now is accept and click next
5.next again....
6.and again...!
7.and againnn!..
8.now on this screen it asks if you want to apply to a cd or the system we will leave it on system because thats what this egg is about and click next
9.set your screen resolution and dpi i just left it at normal for me
10.check the i want to perform system files tranforming box and click next(whats new)
11.now is the good part there is 3 pages of stuff to choose to install that looks like vista i selected all of it and pressed next
12.now click transform
13. if the information matches your system(which it should) then click ok
14.click ok again
now wait for it to finish and it will restart your computer.. CONGRATULATIONS you are half way there

Everything about Vista sucks compared to XP.
Even "fake" Vista!
Just google ’vista sucks’ or ’boycott vista’ and you will get over a million hits.
And it hasn’t even been out that long!
There are many reasons people want fake vista, it’s just other peoples opinions, my reasons are:
1. Resource hog by far, uses 2X as much memory to RUN compared to XP.
2. The whole cancel and allow thing, Really annoying ( Although you can turn it off)
3. Vista is really buggy at the moment...
4. If you change some of you computers hardware you NEED ANOTHER SERIAL NUMBER.
5. The cost..
Just because its the "latest" and the WOW factor.. Doesn’t mean it’s the best..

Apr 21, 2007 2:11 pm - Ok. Here’s the deal. I know what it feels like, making in egg and putting effort into it; and people flaming it cus it’s not as useful for them as it was for you.
Soo, next time you make an egg, search the directory and make sure you are making a one of a kind. There are too many of these.
But the layout was good, keep that up. 5 pity-stars for you.

vista reploads programs for you if your memory is not in use, if you choose not to open a pre-loaded program, the memory is released to that program.

not so much anymore, i havent had any problems yet.

who toled you this? you can install vista on any computer you want, except it can only be on one computer at a time. i believe the problem you speek of was with xp.

this is true, if your getting a new computer though, its a hell of alot cheaper. i got my copy for 255 aud when i baught a compelte computer (i.e i got all the parts to build one)
