Take a tube of Elmers glue and coat the laces so they stick together.

Next, coat the soles of the shoes with glue and place them back on the floor. If you really want to be mean, glue the shoes together as well.

For an added touch, glue the shoes in the same position you find them. If the shoes were kicked off on the floor, glue them exactly where you found them.

As far as supplies go, I recommend a white glue such as Elmers. White glue is nice because it will soften when wet. Silicone caulk is not quite as nice.
