This is called:

Purple Drank
Lean (Southern Lean)
Sizzurp
Sippin Syrup

You need:

4 oz. Cough Syrup w/Codeine, if you dont have a hookup then you can use nyquil. Then you need a 20 oz. bottle of sprite remix and a jolly rancher for flavor. If you REALLY wanna lean, then you can crush up a couple of vicodin and pour them in.



Enjoy your buzz, but dont drink too much, you’ll die.

Triple C’s are bad, I’ve almost put myself in the hospital twice with them bitches. My heart rate as 208, and my limit isn’t much higher than that(not over 220), in other words things coulda gotten real ugly. Just suck it up and chug the DXM only syrup for saftey’s sake.

WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU TELLING PEOPLE TO USE NYQUIL FOR?! DO YOU WANT THEM TO DIE?! Seriously, Nyquil has almost no recreation value, and the shit in there will probably just end up making you pass out.

Sizzurp is fucking great though, not the best opiate high, it’s just straight chillin’

its not actually the codeine that make u lean, its the promethazine. U can get pill form of it to to avoid the taste.
