To make a bloody simple tripmine just get a 1 litre coke bottle cut a hole in it the size of a party popper, take out the #*@! from the inside of the party popper and glue it into the hole in the bottle, fill the bottle of as far as u want with BBs (about a third is the best) then fill up the rest with black powder (so it reaches and fills the party popper) and stick it into the ground (bottle top first) then extend the string with fishing wire and tie the other end around a tree, lamp post etc and cover the mine with leaves

you can have a lot of fun with this, tie it around the rear bumper of a car and put it so its pointing at the back windscreen (tying it to a door nob would be quite funny as well)
