FIRST SHARPEN A PENCIL SO IT HAS A SHARP POINT. THEN GO TO THE NEAREST WATER FOUNTAIN ANT STICK THE POINT IN THE HOLE WHERE THE WATER COMES OUT. THEN BREAK OFF THE POINT IN THE HOLE. THE WATER WILL COME OUT REALLY FAST AND HARD AND IF YOU DID IT RIGHT IT WILL HIT THE PERSON RIGHT IN THE FACE.
