In this egg i will show you how to make your own ghetto hackie sac.
Before we get started a little history on the sac
History *adopted as a sport in 1972 by hippies that used this while wasting time.
You will need 1.an old sock
2.rice
3.scissors
4.a sewing needle
5.thread to sew with
Instructions
1.Take an old sock and cut it about 4 -6 inches from the bottom.
2.Grab a handful of rice, and place it in the half of the sock you cut out. (more rice will make the hackie sac harder to keep it up, less will make it easier.)
3.fold off the top of the hackie sac where rice can come out and begin to sew it close.

Games *hands down- This game is rather easy, start kicking the hackie sac around and when it gets to about 5 kicks, catch the hackie sac and tell a person to place there hand on the ground.The person with the hack in there hand gets to throw it at the person he/she told "hands down" then the hack holder throws it at the persons hand with all his/her force.
Circle- Rather boring game i thought, the object is to make every person hit the hack. Doing this makes you feel good
