I had a lucid dream where i got to be god for a second or two and I turned all the worlds water into jello. I used to have that problem quite bad but recently it’s stopped. If you have a serious problem, drink lucosade sport, it contains dissolved salt which helps your body to stop cramps. Lactic acid causes cramps, ionised water removes it. So Lucozade sport or salt dissolved in water will help. I didn’t know what time of day it was. the sky was purple? anyways. there’s five people in the same train/part of train. there’s a preacher, a rapist, rich man, normal college student and a pregnant woman. i was there but no one notcied me. When you go into REM sleep (rapid eye movement), this is when you dream. Your brain secretes a chemical/hormone to temporarily paralyze your body, so you don’t act out your dream. The shock of the situation must have triggered your movement, when your chemicals were depleted/no longer effective. If you ever wake up, and can’t move, its because you have woken up suddenly with the chemical still in your system.
