Do you have someone you REALLY hate and have access to their cell phone? If so keep reading....

I will make this short and sweet. Get somebodys cell phone and edit their contacts. Change all the numbers to 911 so that when they call out they will reach 911 and freak out. You could also put in random numbers and really confuse the shit out of them when they call "home" and some guy answers. If your enemy is really dumb it could take them awhile to catch on. You could also change the name of the contacts so when they call "Sarah" it really calls "Sally" it will confuse the hell out of them. Have fun...
