all you need is: a car, a strong rope, a victim

Tie the rope to the trunk of the car. if you cant find anything to tie it on to get something heavy and put it in the trunk and tie the rope to that. then get some jackass to hold on to the rope and pull him through the parking lot doing 45-50mph.

I have done doing about 40 mph and it was fun as hell but i nearly #*@! my pants!
