What you need:Huge piece of elastic (can get at hardware stores).
:Some friends to help.

Get 2 friends to hold the elastic and aim it at your targit(#*@! #*@! from down the road works well).Use one of those cheep garden pots as a holder and selatape it on or glue it.
Then for amo use water ballons flour bombs (works well with mixture from glow stic added looks like chemical #*@!)also use rocks.Explosive can be dedily when used with this.

HAVE FUN TERRORIZING

The power would be weak as hell by just holding it, not to mention the elastic would fly from your grip or you’d lose balance.
