Looking to get back at someone who pissed you off? This works best on someone who isnt all that observant and isnt the best driver.
1.First, you have to steal the license plate from any car.
2.Next, just wait until your victim leaves his/her car unattended (at work, at school, or just in their driveway at night) Remove the victims lisence plate and replace it with the one you stole from someone else.
By now, the plates you stole from the first car should already be reported stolen, and when your victim gets pulled over for speeding or something and the cop runs the plate number it will be listed as stolen. It could take a long time before it works, but when it does your victim will be harassed by the cops for awhile and will probably even be arrested. Its best to steal plates that have a number similar to the victims, as it will decrease the chance of them noticing.
