I did this to a classmate who I didn’t like and he is on probation and paying restitution for my vandalism spree. First of all you have got do some vandalism ( I shot out the windows of 5 cop cars at the local jail). After you have your "fun" wait a few days. If your town has a crimestopers hotline call it and said you heard them talking about doing it the day before "they" did it, then say you heard them braging about it afterword. have several of your freinds do this you won’t have to give your name to the cops or testify that they braged about it.
