To piss off your neighbor get a bunch of glass bottles and put one under there car tire and one in there exaust pipe then when they start the car it will go backwards and brack the bottle and there car will stop and they usually make the funniest dam faces on earth I did it to my neighbor like 20 times and the first time I did it the lady freaked out jumped out of her car and ran into her house
