Materials:
(1): Water baloon (Small)
(2): Regular sized glow stick (or 2...It works better)


OK...First get a water baloon and fill it up with some water and then empty out the liquid in the glow sticks (after frozen) into the baloon...Tie the baloon...Then BAM! Throw it at someone at night and they will think they have this chemical stuff all over them because its glowing really bright...(Use green or blue for the glowsticks they look cool)!
