7. Small amount of powdered sugar.
Directions::

2. Then while stirring add a half cup of vitamin C powder.
3. Pour The molten mix into the whip cream maker. Then seal it and pressurize it with a CO2 cartridge.
4. Swirl The Maker around so the the sugar gets up on the walls of the maker but not on the lid/top.
7. let sit for about an hr.
8.Pull the trigger to De-pressurize the can, while the maker is upright. You will hear some popping noises from inside the can. :)
9. Unscrew the lid and turn the maker upside down and tap it and out comes the chunks of pop rocks.
10. Break the pieces up in a bag with a hammer then put about 2 tbs of powdered sugar in the bag with the crushed pop rocks and shake. This prevents them from sticking together.
11. Store them in a plastic bag and keep in a cool dry place.
