This is a pretty easy way to get free ringtones you just need to be able to get text messaging on your phone.






Step One
Go to Mobile17 This is the site for the free ringtones. It is keep up contributed donations and ad revenue.



Step Two
Now you should see this, just click the get started button to create and account.




Step Three
Then you will be at a page that looks like this just put in all your info and press save. Use a real e-mail adress because they ask for an activation code.




Step Four
Now check your e-mail and it should be there. Enter the activation code and a password then click save




Step Five
Now it should say "Your account has been steup. You can login now." Just enter your information and click log in (It’s pretty easy I don’t think I need a picture)



Step Six
Now you just select your phone from the list.




Step Seven
Now Click "Mega/Super/Real Tones (With Lyrics)"




Step Eight
Now if you want to donate a dollar then your ringtone will be sent to you in one minute but thats not free is it... so your going to click the "Choose Standard>>" button. (once again no picture because it’s not that hard)



Step Nine
Now your going to choose the first choice (it’s already chossen for you on my computer) you could get the song sent as an e-mail but im not going to get into that. So after the first method of delivery is choosen you are going to enter your full cell phone number on at the bottom then click "continue>>"




Step Ten
Now open up some kind of music software where you can see how many seconds of the song is playing (I used I-tunes) and figure out at what point in the song you want the ringtone to start. then figure out how long you want it to plat for and type it into the boxes, then locate the file by clicking the browse button, type in the track info, and last click continue. (There is two pictures for this one I figured you could hadle it)






Step Eleven
Now you have to wait about 5 minutes so this is a good time to masterbait or play the piano.



Step Twelve
Now it shows how long you have to wait, you can refresh the page and it will update the time.



Step Thirteen
wow this is taking a long time thats why your on your own from here. All you have to do is download the ring tone onto your phone pluse there are instructions the whole way you should be able to handle it.










Well thats it I hope you like it and I hope you like the font that I just figured out how to use.... also my last egg was shit im not even gonna make an excuse it just sucked hopfully this one is better.

There are other websites that do this that don’t require you to submit your email address or wait 5 minutes.

how 2 get free ringtones:

1. go 2 http://www.mobile9.com
2. DON’T waste ur time signing up
3. find the ringtone u want (it should be obvious where 2 find them)
4.download it and send it 2 ur phone with the connection lead and softwarez it SHOULD come with, if not then u have been screwed ovr or u hav a shit phone.

there a much simpler version of this waste of bandspace called an egg. it’s 3 (2 is if ur and idiot) steps not 13 and mobile9 pwns look at the softwarez they have. the only drawback is ur limited to 20 download credits a day but u can get around this by writing a special code down and downloading through their WAP site.

every1 else count this comment as an egg if u want and rate my prof, i’m making use of this waste of space. 0*

is there a way you can pick when you want the ringtone to start and stop? and i guess your right about the steps but i was trying to make it better

it’s a site 4 if ur not interested in music tone though it does have loads of them.
but seriously, it’s just a ringtone. i don’t know any1 who can be bothered 2 go through that much hassle 4 a ringtone.
