Alright I’m going to show you how to make a pen dart. I looked and couldn’t find anything like it so I thought I’d post it up.
What you need:
Pen
Thick Elastic
Tape (electrical tape works best)
Scissors
What you need to do:
Take the pen apart
Cut the elastic band
Tape it to the back of the pen shell (BTW I used yellow electrical tape, which isn’t sjown in the pic at the top)
An you’re done!
To use it, drop down the ink tube
Use your left hand to hold it at the tape and your right hand to pull back the elastic. Pinch the back of the ink tube with the elastic and pull back.
Let go and it shoots out...hard.
I make a bunch of these and sell them to my friends for 2 bucks and make quite a profit.
*TIPS*
If you replace the ink tube with wooden kabob sticks (which can be found at any grocery store). You can pull it back farther and they’re pointier. But they’re better for very close range because they’re very light and won’t stay straight.
Put a few drops of super glue on the tip of the pen (where the ink comes out) because the tip will get lodged in your targets and break off.
