What you need is a car, a mask (if you like), a roman candle. What you do is put on your mask and go sit in the car in the dark (car is pointed toward traffic or walkers!!!). Then you wait till your victim drives or walks by and start flashing your lights (fog lights or fluorescent work best, as long as they shine in their eyes.) Then point the roman-candle at them and fire away(use a BB-Gun if u like) !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
