all you need is:
water balloons
water ballon launcher
bag

okay this is a simple one but very fun, you get a water ballon launcher and fill up ballons. this will require three people. then when a car comes you take cover behind someting (a tree works great) and peg the car with the ballons. this is an easy prank, but very enjoable and cheap. the launchers are about 20 bucks, but after that all you got to pay for is the ballons and that’s nothign. i have one this with my friends, every time it’s very enjoyable. make sure when people start you are ready to run and have all you stuff with you. once we left our stuff behind and i think the cops got it. have fun!
