ok first of all the matirials: you need a balloon some flour and alot of fire crackers

1)take the balloon and the flour add the flour in the balloon (easiest way is to have a funnel)

2)then tie the balloon,and take fire crackers and tie all the wicks together to make one wick then tape the fire crackers to the balloon

3) light it and throw it at some thing or some one and run the flour goes evrywhere! ha ah funny!!!!!!!!!!!!!
